A history of innovation

Avilla Homes started in Tucson, AZ in the early 2010s when a group of entrepreneurial-minded developers and executives saw an opportunity to serve an unmet market demand for single-level luxury rental home communities.

NexMetro Communities was formed to bring Avilla Homes to new locations and has developed Avilla Homes in Phoenix, Dallas and Denver metropolitan areas and plans to continue to bring Avilla Homes to new, dynamic metro areas.
