G.S. Jaggi has 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and founded Iridius Capital in 2011 to bring Avilla Homes communities to market. Under Mr. Jaggi’s leadership, Iridius’ portfolio has grown to include multifamily, office, retail and hotel properties. Mr. Jaggi has overseen the acquisition and/or development of over one billion dollars in real estate assets. Prior to founding Iridius Capital, Mr. Jaggi was founder and CEO of one of the largest privately held mortgage banks in the United States.

Caroline Janjic has over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, sales and marketing and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona. Mrs. Janjic joined Iridius’ Investor Relations team in 2016 and now oversees all of the company’s operations including its real estate, investor relations and accounting departments.

Raj Bakshi has over 25 years of management and marketing experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Bakshi was previously the Branch Manager at Metropolitan Life as well as the Managing Partner of New York Life in Tucson, Arizona and Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Bakshi holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Webster University.

Richa Singh brings over 12 years of accounting and commercial real estate finance experience to her current role with Iridius Capital. Mrs. Singh previously worked in the Debt and Structured Finance Group at CBRE Capital Markets. At Iridius, she works closely with the team to ensure all financial models and risk analyses are executed with extensive attention to detail. Mrs. Singh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Arizona.

Sally Polson Ridenour has over 15 years of experience in customer relations across a variety of fields and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Iridius Capital, Ms. Ridenour oversaw a scholarship program for a large private high school and managed donor relationships with both large national and local corporations. Ms. Ridenour ensures Iridius’ investors have a seamless experience through all phases of the investment cycle.

Whitney Capanear brings over 10 years of experience providing impeccable service to clients. She previously worked in recruiting and corporate client relationship management in the financial and medical fields. Ms. Capanear oversees Iridius’ investor reporting platform and supports investors through the capital call and distribution process.
